Hi, I’m Viraj, the founder and barista behind the cart. After years of working with premium coffee in the roasting industry and perfecting my own brews at home, I realized that great coffee isn’t just about flavor — it’s about the connection it creates.

So, with the help and encouragement of my wife Kalpani, we launched Maple Bean Coffee in 2025, a mobile espresso bar that brings artisan coffee directly to your events.
